I wanted to leave 5 stars for Temple Family Health NP PLLC for for a great new patient appointment experience! After filling out some of my information I was given provider option within my network and was provided with multiple time options and was seen the same day. Prior to the appointment I just had to fill some quick forms out and I was all set for later that day.   I was seen by provider -Tijuana Temple. I truly felt like she listened to my concerns, my overall goal of treatment, and offered a solution we could try. Tijuana Temple, FNP is hands down the best healthcare provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and there are countless reasons why. The most important one is that she truly takes the time to listen. You’re never just treated as another number here—every visit feels personal and meaningful, which is so refreshing in today’s fast-paced healthcare world.

I look forward to seeing her every month, knowing I’m in great hands. Tijuana offers real solutions and approaches your care with deep empathy and compassion. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends or family.

Telehealth appointments are always prompt, and the office is incredibly organized—confirming appointments quickly and efficiently. If there’s ever an issue with my pharmacy, I can simply reach out to her team, who always go above and beyond to resolve it, no matter what. The fact that the office is open until MIDNIGHT, 7 days a week, makes scheduling a breeze. I’ve even had the pleasure of seeing her on Thanksgiving Day at 11:45 PM!

I’ve been under her care for about 19 months now, and I’ve always felt supported. Tijuana takes a holistic approach that incorporates both the mind and body—something that’s often missing in modern medicine. Every appointment begins with thoughtful questions such as, “How are you doing? How are things going with that personal or family matter we discussed last time?” It’s comforting to know that she genuinely cares about my well-being. None of my 20+ appointments have ever felt rushed, and that speaks volumes about her dedication to quality care for her patients.

I truly feel blessed to have found Tijuana Temple, FNP. If you’re looking for a compassionate, no-nonsense provider in New York State who will make you feel heard and valued, look no further! I’ll continue to see her for as long as she’s practicing—I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care. Thank you so much, Mrs. Temple!
